Service Level Agreement

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") describes HyperBabel's uptime commitments and developer support standards for the HyperBabel API platform.

Monthly uptime is calculated as: (Total minutes − Downtime minutes) / Total minutes × 100

Excluded from downtime calculation: Scheduled maintenance (announced ≥ 24 hours in advance), events caused by customer's own API usage exceeding plan limits, third-party service failures outside our control, and force majeure events.

2. Scheduled Maintenance

Planned maintenance is typically performed during Saturday or Sunday 02:00–06:00 KST (UTC+9). Developers on paid plans will receive at least 24 hours' advance notice via email and the Developer Console.

4. Service Credits

Service credits apply to paid Plans only. The credit is determined by the measured monthly uptime in the table below, whichever paid Plan you are on. The Free tier carries no uptime commitment and is not eligible for credits.

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the affected month by contacting [email protected]. Credits are applied to future invoices and cannot be redeemed as cash.

5. Status & Incident Communication

Incidents are communicated via the Developer Console and email within 30 minutes of detection.
